Fun people were having	People were definitely having a good time, the place was, as always, full, but not so much that is  uncomfortable.  People dance everywhere, are having fun at medium to high energy, and this night security was letting guys dance on top of the furniture, which gives the place a great vibe.	Several levels, rooms, and different music at the same time is what makes this place one of the best (if not the best) in Boston.	A
Music	3 areas, upstairs (Caprice) is international, latin, pop and some dance, downstairs has 2 environments, full international house and dance on the other.  Something for everyone.	Excellent.	A+
Type of crowd	Mixed good people (A- or B+), classy, international, beatiful people, good fashion sense, good looking girls and guys, some cool fashionable, good style in general.		A
Crowd friendliness	Medium too good.  Open minded.		B
Ambiance, size, furniture, structure	Cool mid to upscale ambiance overall, excellent lights, good comfortable furniture and decorations, nice furniture, a lot of different areas, good places to dance and to talk, not small, good sense of style.  Many rooms or subdivisions, several spots to dance and a dance floor, plenty of space and well designed to get around.		A-
Bartenders and Bar	Good service at decent speed, witty and and cute staff, although too busy and too loud to talk to customers a little bit longer.  Many bars, although not easy to reach on crowded night, and wait time not short.	Might need to increase bartenders a little bit, or have them be more aware, but only during rush hours.	B-
Prices	No Cover.  Drinks are well priced for a club.	Not expensive.  Medium.	A-
Bouncers and security	Not bad, alhough this is every club's biggest service weakness.  Somewhat bossy with police authoritarian mentality and little training in customer service.  However, the bouncers here are not half as bad as in other clubs.	Need service training, you can be firm but curteous. Customers are king, not security, they need to understand this.	B-
Management	Excellent and friendly		A+

Bathrooms	Overall good, wait time short.		B
